Who we are
I & S International Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1984 and is
still located at the same place today. Susanna Schmocker worked for the
company and took it over as President in 1995. Susanna was born in
Switzerland and has steadily built a solid foundation for the Company.
Manfred Ruppender joined the company in 2003 as a Technical Director.
Manfred was born in Germany and has many years of experience in civil
engineering worldwide. Property value assessment and modernization of your
investment will now be handled professionally by I&S Management itself.
Besides supporting local clients, I & S International Property Management
has made it a priority to assist European clients with their special needs.
While these clients live overseas I&S Management maintains their properties
here in the United States and handles everything from A to Z to their
highest satisfaction.
